Making big things happen as part of a small organization is what motivates me. I believe communication is an essential aspect of that, and it is vital in this job because we are responsible for the most important aspect business: the inbound and outbound flows. Being at the centre of the logistics chain, I am involved in almost everything. It's practically impossible to delegate tasks in this small organization, so you often have to solve things yourself. I love it! Working in a small team creates close connections, and thankfully we have plenty of fun, which suits me well.
